Long term stress has a negative impact on our mental health and increases the risk of developing depression and anxiety.  Identifying the triggers of stress and how you respond physically and emotionally is the first step towards building emotional resilience and protecting your mental wellbeing.

Our specially designed 10 hour Emotional Resilience and Wellbeing course will provide you with the toolbox to understand what emotional resilience is, the role it plays in our emotional and physical wellbeing, how to grow emotional resilience from within, the importance of self-care and the everyday coping strategies we can put into place to reduce and manage stress and promote greater long term mental health.
